England's Kevin Pietersen returns from his rest with appetite restored

Kevin Pietersen says he wants to be part of England's team at the 2015 World Cup. The 31-year-old is back in Alastair Cook's one-day squad and is set to play in Saturday's first warm-up match of England's tour of India having sat out last month's ODI series victory over the same opponents.
